Report on the first data collection.
This report discusses findings from various studies. From these findings, various recommendations were formulated for policymakers.
At the end of October 2020, working from home became the norm in Belgium to prevent the spread of Covid-19. However, these measures also require far-reaching efforts from both employee and employer and may have an impact on an individual, organizational or social level. To sustain these measures, we also need to look beyond the economic and health parameters. Work and organizational psychological insights can help us to better understand these challenges that arise from working from home and to improve the use of evidence-based management. The report only exists in English but a summary in French is available.
