Eva De Winter is a Work and Organizational Psychologist (VUB, 2007) with 13 years of experience in creating engaging workplaces by designing healthy and sustainable change as an HR Manager & Well-being Project Manager. She has developed and implemented HR & Well-being strategies, guided leaders & teams through change and managed projects in different organizations and industries. Eva followed additional courses and obtained certificates in "Psychodiagnostics" (Thomas More, 2011), "Designing Learning and Change Interventions" (Kessels & Smit Foundation for Corporate Education, 2015), "Team Coaching" (Coaching The Shift, 2017) and "Psychosocial aspects of work and organizations" (KUL/Odisee, 2019). As one of the few, she combines a practical experience as a Prevention Advisor with a career in HR. Eva is a recognized organizational psychologist, works as an independent consultant and she's co-leading the Association of Work & Organizational psychologists (VOCAP) in Flanders.
